We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving them and orders may take up to 5 working days for delivery.
Please note that we are not open on weekends or public holidays.
Hermes will deliver your order. Depending on the information you supply Hermes may use your mobile number or landline to send you text alerts or automated telephone call, when you place your order you will get a tracking number to track your items.
If item, late more than 7 days please contact us to check on delivery. If lost or damage our costumer service will be happy to assist you.
Our standard UK Mainland delivery cost is £3.00, or spend over £40 for free delivery.
Returns
If you have purchased our products from the website would like to return items due to change of mind, or you have received incorrect or damaged items please contact us as soon as possible. This applies only to direct purchases made from Uk Colony.

You will need to return items to us that you wish to cancel at your own cost. Once you let us know you would like to cancel, we can advise you on how to return the products.
If you’re returning the entire order and you have paid for delivery, we will refund the cost of Standard Delivery to your country. If you are returning only part of your order, any delivery charge you paid won’t be refunded.
The products you return must be unused and in their original condition.
We will do our best to accept all returns but it is your responsibility to ensure that our products are packed well enough that they will arrive safely and undamaged. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. If this happens we will not issue a refund. If we do not receive the items back, we cannot issue a refund.
